Dan Bechtol, MACRR and Lenore Andrea Simon, JD know that mediation can find the best path through seemingly impossible conflict.  Because there were few options for mediation in Southwest Iowa, they formed SIMS in 2009 to provide a much needed service for the people of the area. 

Dan and Lenore believe that mediation is a better solution in most divorce, child custody and elder care disputes because it finds mutually agreed upon solutions as quickly and painlessly as possible. 

Both have backgrounds in law as well as mediation, but they do not act as attorneys and are not part of the legal system.  Their credentials and over 30 years of combined experience prepare them to work with any type of dispute.

Dan and Lenore are members of Iowa Association of Mediators and the Association for Conflict Resolution. They are certified to mediate in Iowa, California, Nevada, Michigan and Texas. In addition SIMS is fully insured and on the approved mediator roster for the 4th Judicial District in Iowa.
